The Hicks AGM will be on Tuesday 10th July at 8:00pm at Coronation Hall, in Woodley. Please pass this message to all your Hicks managers and please ensure that your club is represented at the meeting.

Details for the forthcoming season, including fixture lists etc, will be given out on the night.

All Caversham AFC and South Chiltern Minor League registration forms need to be completed and returned by managers for signature at the above registration evening.

Manager and parent registration guidance information is attached, with this years registration form.

It was agreed at the Club AGM held on the 7th June, that this years subscription fee would remain the same as for 2006/07.

£70 for under 8's and below.

£90 for under 9's and above.

For families with more than one player, the subscription for the first player will be as above and any subsequent child will be £55 for under 8 and below or £75 for under 9 and above.

The club AGM is going to be held at Caversham Heath Golf Club on Thursday 7th June 2007 @ 7.30pm.

All existing, old and prospective club members are welcome.
